Details:
They provide affiliated companies with 0.30% of INPS contributions to finance the training of their employees. Registration to the funds is:
- Free of charge and voluntary
- Open to all companies from all sectors
FORFIN provides:
- Analysis and consultancy service to identify the most suitable Interprofessional Fund for the company’s needs
- Support in transferring accumulated resources in case of a change of fund
- Management of funding requests and submission of plans, with assistance in relations with social parties for companies without internal union representation
- Monitoring and tutoring of activities delivered, including those from third-party entities, in compliance with the requirements set by the funding body
- Reporting and final revision of expenses
